This high-performance Oxygen Cylinder Refilling System is designed for filling one to three cylinders at a time.  Three hoses with CGA-540 nut & nipple or CGA-870 yoke adapter termination from either two-foot or four-foot hoses.  Each fill port has an in-line needle valve (3000 PSI) to allow individual flow control.  On/off valve at manifold supply line for convenience. Safety gauge on manifold reads pressure to lines.  All components are rated to a minimum of 3000 PSI. 

• 24" supply side pigtail terminated w a CGA-540 female nut & nipple.
• 4-port annodized aluminum manifold
• 3 oxygen supply hoses (4000 PSI) - supplied either in 2 or 4 ft. length
• 4000 PSI gauge
• In-line pressure release valve for the supply line
• Oxygen supply hoses are supplied with a CGA-540 nut & nipple termination (female).
• Option:  CGA-540 to 870 yoke adapter for supply hose (additional cost)

 Portable Oxygen Cylinder Filling System (90 Cu.Ft. Tank with Adapter)

Use this lightweight 90 Cu.Ft. cylinder with transfill adapter to conveniently fill smaller portable oxygen cylinders.

• 90 Cu.Ft. aluminum cylinder with standard CGA-540 valve with handle.
• Cylinder specs: 2550 liters,  34 lbs., 7.25" diam., 36" tall, 2216 PSI or 153 bar, delivered empty
• 2 ft. high-pressure braided stainless steel flexible hose.  (Longer hoses available)  
• 1/4" NPT CGA-540 connection end, and standard CGA-870 yoke style connection end.
• Adapter may be provided with 1/4" NPT CGA-540 ends + GA-870 yoke adapter. 
• All parts new and cleaned for oxygen service, rated to 3000 PSI.
