Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of customer's receipt
for the item. Items must be in original condition, unused, sterile packages unopened, items in original packaging.
Shipping Outside the Continental US:
The shipping charges refer to shipping
within the Continental US. Additional charges will apply to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Territories.
Transit Times:
Transit times
are quoted in business days. Our products ship Monday through Friday except on holidays, and orders placed before noon
EST usually ship same business day. If an item requires that custom parts, we will notify you immediately by email
and will provide an estimated delivery date.
Once an item ships, you will receive tracking information
and delivery date.
The first $100 of items are covered by shipping insurance against loss or damage. Additional shipping insurance
is optional. Please let us know if you would like to add shipping insurance and that rate will be provided to you.
